Stages of the Production Process
In prosthetic dentistry, the production process of the components follows a series of carefully designed stages, which ensure the accuracy, comfort and aesthetics of the final result.
In the production area there is a fully equipped graphic design station, staffed by qualified personnel with Exocad certification. The team designs crowns, bridges, implant superstructures, surgical guides and prosthetic supports on a daily basis, ensuring high precision and quality at every stage of manufacture.
Our team procures the raw materials and with the use of modern machinery and highly trained staff, we form and produce prosthetic components for implants. We apply specialized cutting methods, such as CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and laser cutting, which ensure maximum precision, detail and top quality in the final product.
At Novamind we offer the most modern milling methods, fully meeting the requirements of modern implantology. Our range of services includes 3-axis models and general purpose milling machines for simultaneous 5-axis machining, with the ability to process even the most complex components in one clamping process.
